Our training sessions are led by a team of volunteer coaches, some of whom are trained (or currently training) in running instruction.
They are supported by Robin Juillaguet, professional athlete and coach, who helps structure the season (training blocks, progression, etc.).

Workouts are adapted for different levels, but to ensure quality coaching and safe sessions, a minimum level is required:

- 15β20 min easy warm-up
- 10β20 min drills (plyo, eccentric/concentric work)
- 10β15 hill repeats (5%β15% incline)
- 15 min cool-down
Wednesday β Pace Training (Montmartre)

- 25β30 min effort at varied paces on hills
- 10 min cool-down

- 10:00 at Parc Floral (in front of the letters) β Bois de Vincennes
- or 8 Boulevard Maillot β Bois de Boulogne
Session Details:
- 20β30 min easy warm-up
- Main workout: endurance / fartlek / hill work / descent
- 10 min cool-down
