Our training sessions are led by a team of volunteer coaches, some of whom are trained (or currently training) in running instruction.
They are supported by Robin Juillaguet, professional athlete and coach, who helps structure the season (training blocks, progression, etc.).

Workouts are adapted for different levels, but to ensure quality coaching and safe sessions, a minimum level is required:

Schedule:
Monday
  • Time & Location:
    • Oct–Mar: 19:30 at Stade LΓ©o Lagrange (tennis side) – lockers available
    • Apr–Sep: 20:00 at Buttes-Chaumont – no lockers

Session Details:
  • 15–20 min easy warm-up
  • 10–20 min drills (plyo, eccentric/concentric work)
  • 10–15 hill repeats (5%–15% incline)
  • 15 min cool-down

Wednesday – Pace Training (Montmartre)
Time & Location:
  • 19:45 at the base of the Montmartre funicular (start at 20:00)

  • Session Details:
    • 15–20 min easy warm-up
    • 10 min stair drills (posture & form)
    • 25–30 min effort at varied paces on hills
    • 10 min cool-down
  • Refreshments at Bar Patoche

Saturday – Goal-Based Session
  • Time & Location
    • 10:00 at Parc Floral (in front of the letters) – Bois de Vincennes
    • or 8 Boulevard Maillot – Bois de Boulogne

Session Details:
  • 20–30 min easy warm-up
  • Main workout: endurance / fartlek / hill work / descent
  • 10 min cool-down
